Welcome to AISOGEN (operated by Smith AI Agency). By creating an account or using the AISOGEN SEO & AI Search Optimisation platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Account & Tenant Isolation

Each organisation workspace is isolated at the database level. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all actions taken by team members invited to your organisation.

2. Transparent Usage & Pricing

Paid audits, prospect discovery runs, and outreach pitch generations display an upfront cost estimate before execution. Nothing is billed or sent externally without your confirmation.

3. Responsible Outreach & Disavow

Outreach emails require explicit operator approval and include an unsubscribe link. Link review exports are provided for operator inspection and are never uploaded automatically to Google Search Console.
